Tractor Supply Co.

This tractor supply store is managed by some of the best customer service managers that I've ever seen at a store. They resolved several logistical issues with no problem and did everything they could to insure I was happy with my purchase. Great sales and customer service team!

Employees are nice and tried to help, but their hands are tied because of bad corporate choices. I went in to pay my bill and the check was declined. I had plenty of funds and the employee suggested I call the check verification company on my receipt. When I did, they said I had no check history, which was wrong, because I do pay with a check periodically. Tractor supply needs to change companies. They just lost a good customer over this mess.

I actually really enjoy their dog aisle. They have tons of toys, care products /meds treats and food. Like finding random stuff here and sometimes there's items I can't find locally but they would have it. I don't have cats but if you do, they have fresh catnip! And these cool looking flowers (I didn't buy them)

Store and employees are 5 stars but the dog wash station is rough. Will not be using their dog wash station again. No towels, 1 giant generic soap bottle for the room and the dryers barely did much compared to many other locations we have been in past. 10 bucks wasn't awful but for 10 bucks you can buy your own soap and do it at home cause they didnt offer anything to make it worth doing there. The room was also not well kept at all.

I always enjoy a trip to Tractor Supply, especially before the holidays. They always have nice gifts and gift packages. It is very easy to return items here and the staff is generally pleasant
